I had been having chest pains, and became panicked because I thought I may have been having a heart attack. This panicking only made the situation worse, and my chest pains became progressively worse. I used the medical feature in the alarm system because I didn’t know what else to do. They responded instantly and were able to get the ambulance out to our house quickly. They took me to the hospital in an ambulance and everything turned out well. I’m now doing better, and grateful that I had you NorthStar system in my time of need.

When my mom’s house was broken into, your company and personnel went above and beyond the call of duty to accomodate us in getting her house protected. You technician worked late on Thursday night ensuring that the house would be secure since the window would not lock. The window was the one the thieves had pried open and they messed up the lock in the process. Also, we were able to have the house monitored when my mom returned home and it helped her greatly in feeling safter in her home.

Testimonial from Portland

A motion detector was set off on an alarm in Portland, Oregon. The homeowners did not answer the phone calls on any of their contact numbers. Police were dispatched. A half an hour later the homeowner called to inform the monitoring station that they had arrived home to find the police on site and their door had been kicked in.

Medical Personnel Responds to Grandmother

April 18, 2007

A medical key fob was pressed by the granddaughter of a customer in Columbus, Ohio. The monitoring station responded instantly and spoke with the granddaughter who explained her grandmother was having difficulty breathing and requested medical help. Medical personnel were dispatched.

Medical Response in Arizona

June 3, 2007

A medical pendant in Phoenix, Arizona was set off and the monitoring station contacted the customer in 2 seconds. Customer complained of adverse reaction to medication. Medical assistance was dispatched and relatives on call list notified.

Alarm System Saves Home from Fire

July 25, 2007

A tamper signal was sent to the monitoring station from a panel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The customer was called and woken up. Upon a quick inspection they discovered that their garage was on fire. They did not have a smoke detector located in the garage, however, the panel was mounted on the opposite side of the interior garage wall and when it became exceedingly hot it sent a tamper signal. The fire department was immediately dispatched and the rest of the home was saved from the fire.
