Customer Service Testimonial from Bonnie Marchant

July 1, 2008

This letter is to inform you of the very pleasant experience I had when I purchased a Northstar Security system from Jeremy Call.

Prior to his coming to my home, I had felt I should upgrade my security system, but did not connect with any of the “door to door” salesman who came. However, when Jeremy came to my home it was different. He very patiently answered all of¬† my questions, then came back a few days later to see how I felt about changing from ADT to Northstar. I signed up for the new Northstar System and have thus far been very pleased.

Jeremy is an asset to your business and to your customers.

Testimonial from Terri Dover

February 27, 2008

Dear Jay:

I just wanted to write and thank you again for the wonderful customer service. When my mom’s house was broken into, your company and personnel went above and beyond the call of duty to accomodate us in getting her house protected. You technician worked late on Thursday night ensuring that the house would be secure since the window would not lock. The window was the one the thieves had pried open and they messed up the lock in the process. Also, we were able to have the house monitored when my mom returned home and it helped her greatly in feeling safter in her home.

I will be telling everyone I know that if they are considering an alarm system, your company is the one they should go with. I cannot tell you how much it meant to have your compassion and understanding at this time and how grateful we are the have the kind of service you offered.

Please feel free to use any of our family for a reference if you ever need one.

Thank you again,
Terri Ellen Dover
